FAQ

SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 business days for all orders. If something is a pre-order it usually takes 5-7 business days.

After your package is dropped off at USPS, it usually takes another 3-5 business days to arrive depending on where you live.  All packages are mailed through USPS and once the package leaves my hands there are no guarantees that your package will arrive on a certain day.

RETURNS

Returns/exchanges are not accepted unless the item you received is broken/damaged upon arrival. A photo of the broken/damaged item must be submitted at the email below within 72 hours of the item being delivered by USPS.

If you have any questions, concerns, or problems regarding your jewelry or clay cutters, please email me your inquiries + order number at sundayhazenj@gmail.com or use the contact button in the top bar menu.

CLAY EARRING CARE + INFO

Polymer clay is super lightweight and extremely durable, however, it should not be bent or it could snap.

Earrings should not be worn in water, and should be stored in a cool dark place. If anything gets on your earrings, you can use a q-tip or damp towel with a small amount of rubbing alcohol to remove.

All earrings are handmade by me with polymer clay. Because they are made by hand, please expect and allow slight imperfections and differences in each pair of earrings.

Body Butter Policy

Please be aware that I’m not able to guarantee that the body butters will not melt during shipping.

If you live in an area where it’s still over 75 degrees, please wait to purchase the butters until the temperature drops. I won’t be replacing body butters that have melted during shipping.

We highly recommend signing up for tracking notifications with the USPS tracking link, and also making sure the item does not sit outside or in a mailbox. Mailboxes act like ovens and even if it’s cooler out they still trap heat.

In the event that it does melt, they’re still perfectly fine to use! Due to the melting, the body butter will lose its whipped consistency, and the jar will look less full. That is normal. Wait for the body butter to harden in the fridge for about an hour.  If you would like to re-whip your butter, you may do so by using an electric hand mixer.
